It is always a great pleasure talking with teenagers.
Recently at a 2023 new years' eve party I had the opportunity to address some life advice to my young audience:
Turn off Notifications, they are not important
Turn off the News, they are not the reality
Read Science, it gives you reasoning
Experience Nature, it is life!
Protect your Mind at Any cost!
In a world of increasing digital "reality",
a balanced mind will bring you the real life!
