WEF at Davos, could not be considered this January of 2023, a joyful place to relax, enjoy fondue, hot chocolate, and your glamourous vanity if you are a "global leader"!

The fact of the matter is that our "global leaders" management over the last couple of decades has been a bit of a disaster:
2 years of spasmodic, unorganized COVID management, pursuing horrible policies of lockdowns and mandatory vaccinations,
1 year of an easily avoidable war, as a result of a diplomatic failure,
+15 years of money printing and global private and public debts piling up across the world something like +350% (!) of the global GDP,
2 decades of erratic energy policies promoting the cut off from fossil fuels and natural gas and the unorganized transition onto less dense or less efficient alternative energy sources, creating a massive cost increase in energy prices.
Perhaps this is the reason why the leaders of top economies, excluding Germany, did not visit Davos this year.
Summarizing the overall outlook of this WEF-2023, I would present my view on the following:
Top impressions
Climate discussions led by teenagers or retired politicians.
Geopolitics talks without the key players: USA, China, Russia, India.
Too few Crypto companies' pavilions!
Emirati hot chocolate (?)
Top buzzwords
AI
Energy
Climate Change
Fondue
Cons
There is no "product" at WEF (like e.g. at CES).
Lot of security controls.
2,5 hours from Zurich ( :-( )
Pros
Lots of snow.
Hot Fondue.
2,5 hours from Zurich ( ; -) )
Key takeaways
More Geopolitics and Less Economy in WEF-2023.
More AI & chatGTP-3 and Less Computer Scientists.
More Climate Change Talks and More Gigantic Black Limousines.
