On February 21, 2022, three (!) days before Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Bundeskartellamt, Germany's national competition regulatory agency, has cleared the purchase by the Russian Energy Giant Rosneft 37.5% share of German high tech PCK refinery

W H A T ?

This is exactly how I and my team in Graypes GmbH exclaimed while collecting the evaluation report data for the renewable energy business, specializing in auctions.

One of our core services named IRIS ( Information Retrieval on Innovation Search ) is a search engine based on a proprietary NLP and content rating algorithms, that provides key information for the business assessment mechanism. IRIS retrieved the following unveiling link ( and a lot of hypocrisy from the German authorities )

Of course, we all know ( and especially our fellow Germans ) that:

@ Gerhard Schröder, ex-chancellor of Germany is the chairman of the board of Nord Stream and of Rosneft.

@ 600'000 USD is Gerhard's annual salary from Rosneft.

@ 250'000 Euros is Gerhard's annual salary from Nord Stream.

@ Gerhard also receives about 6'500 Euros per month as an annual state pension for his seven years as chancellor.

@ Germany and many Western administrations violated their own sanctions over Russia's role in the 2014 Crimea Ukraine crisis!

But still: W H A T?

THREE (!) days before Russia's invasion of Ukraine, the German authorities approve a mega-deal with the Russian Energy Giant?

"Something is badly rotten in the state of Germany" (Including the Intelligence Services)
