WEF is always a source to predict the future

You just expect the exact opposite of what the politicians foresee!
Being a regular visitor of the WEF, I have many reasons to enjoy Davos. First and foremost it's in Switzerland, my favorite country.
But still, one of the top reasons for visiting the mountain town of Davos is the joy to observe that "parade of the clueless", among politicians, economists, high school ecologists, generalist journalists, and wannabe lobbyists.
Fortunately, there are a few bright examples of great impactful speeches, primarily from scientists, like:
Yuval Noah Harari, the Israeli historian and best-selling author
Rutger Bregman, the Dutch historian and global author
On the other side, the majority of the roundtables, especially the ones led by politicians, end up as monuments of emptiness and failed predictions.
Just recall the latest WEFs before the "pandemic" or the Russian invasion.
But today, I would like to recall perhaps the dream team of political incompetence in WEF roundtables. Back in January 2010 (28.01.2010) in a discussion related to the EU budget deficit and "How can Europe repair its damaged public finances and still maintain its course for economic recovery?"
Dream team participants at that event:
Lech Kaczynski, President of Poland
Yves Leterme, Prime Minister of Belgium
George A. Papandreou, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece
José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, Prime Minister of Spain
Jean-Claude Trichet, President, European Central Bank, Frankfurt
Valdis Zatlers, President of Latvia
A "dream team" combining state collapses and bailouts, economic failures, scandals, event airplane crashes!
Enjoy the entire video, with the required sarcasm and skepticism regarding the competence of that leadership
More than a decade after that roundtable, EU leadership fails in all major key needs of the civilians:
economic prosperity
"pre-pandemic", and "post-pandemic" activities
energy self-sufficiency
geopolitical stability
supply chain and inflation
On January 16, 2023, the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting, commences with a key initiative the "Cooperation in a Fragmented World".
This initiative is definitely important. But do we have the political leadership to undertake this challenge?
"I have a bad feeling about this!"
